Finally? Didn't Homeland Security or the FBI come out in the mid 2000s to warn that the most serious terror threat would be the domestic one?
And that they would be mostly right-wing folks, which has generally been true, in part because the bush administration deprioritized going after them.

This attack in New Orleans feels really bad for me as a French person because it reminds me of that attack we had in 2016 where a truck killed 86 people on our national day.
