Facing the consequences of your actions is not a form of victimhood

I would like to go to dinner in Fort Collins with my boys and not have random people come up and video us, you know?

Bull. Shit. You chose to be an attention seeking loudmouth.

What movie is this from? I see a very young Bardem

The Breakfast

Appreciate it...that's one of those titles I've heard so many times and never watched it, finally committed to and just finished watching it, really enjoyed it. The dialogue is so sharp it reads more like a theatrical production, so well done it almost doesn't seem like a movie, my how times have changed.

[–] ohlaph 47 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Maybe don't do things that people find repulsive.

[–] jeffw 12 points 5 months ago (2 children)

Handjobs aren’t repulsive!

[–] Brunbrun6766 28 points 5 months ago (1 children)

It's the things that come OUT of her mouth that bother me, not what goes IN it

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago (1 children)

I can't confirm that sentiment.

I have no idea who has been in her mouth, but I'd assume some of them would be repulsive too.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago

Have you not heard the story of how she met her husband?

[–] FuglyDuck 20 points 5 months ago

They are when there’s children present.

[–] A_Random_Idiot 43 points 5 months ago

"The goddamn media keeps reporting on what I'm doing and its making people dislike me!

THIS ISNT FAIR! HOW DARE YOU REPORT THE THINGS I DO AND MAKE PEOPLE NOT LIKE ME!

EVIL DEMOCRAT MEDIA WOKE LIBERAL COMMUNIST MANIPULATION!"

[–] elbucho 41 points 5 months ago* (last edited 5 months ago)

Problem: the more people know about me, the more they despise me.

Solution: get angry at the media for telling people stuff about me.

Yeah. That checks out.

[–] [email protected] 37 points 5 months ago
[–] jordanlund 31 points 5 months ago

Oh, sweetie, it's not the media doing that...

[–] [email protected] 29 points 5 months ago

Ok, so I laughed at some other post a few minutes ago cause it was pretty funny. But this is genuinely funnier.

"How dare you ask me about my public actions at a public event and the response that I gave when it blew up in my face! You're all a bunch of assholes!" - Summary of her response to a question during a televised debate.

[–] Donkter 25 points 5 months ago

All she has to do is drop the media-seeking bullshit and/or stop being a public figure. It's free and easy.

[–] [email protected] 21 points 5 months ago (1 children)
[–] FuglyDuck 15 points 5 months ago

was it really fucking around though? I mean, they hadn't gotten past second base....

[–] [email protected] 21 points 5 months ago

By being a chaotic and unsuitable person for public office, is the cause of people waking up and realizing they made a mistake in believing in Boebert. Consequences for playing stupid games, are always paid in full eventually!

[–] FlyingSquid 21 points 5 months ago (2 children)

I'm not scientifician, but I'm pretty sure it's a politician's job to get people to like them, not the media.

[–] [email protected] 10 points 5 months ago

They could gasp work FOR their constituents, amazing how people like that

[–] bartvbl 5 points 5 months ago (1 children)

If you think about it, it is when it comes to most of the Republicans.

[–] FlyingSquid 7 points 5 months ago

I guess, but even Trump does the leg work by saying things he knows people want to hear.

[–] Iheartcheese 19 points 5 months ago (1 children)

She's gonna end up back on sugar baby sites

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago

Isn't there a cap on age?

[–] [email protected] 17 points 5 months ago

The microscope confirms you're an infectious piece of shit

[–] kromem 15 points 5 months ago

"The more people get to know me, the less they like me. This is so unfair."

[–] [email protected] 15 points 5 months ago

She couldn't get enough media attention!

[–] Delusional 12 points 5 months ago

Just like the rest of those idiotic Republicans, they don't like their words being reported because it puts them in a bad light. But that's just who they are, shitty people that no one likes because of their shitty thoughts.

[–] Leviathan 11 points 5 months ago (1 children)

This is why the 3 pillars of democracy are:

  1. The right to protest
  2. Free Press
  3. The right to vote

They hate all three of these and if they aren't doing nothing you can bet republicans are trying to attack one of those tenets. In this case her problem is "media attention" and not "the media are showing the public exactly what kind of scum I am".

[–] [email protected] 7 points 5 months ago

I'd also argue a good education is very important.

[–] WaistGunnerPug 11 points 5 months ago

"How dare you hold me accountable for my actions!"

How stupid can one elected official be?? 😂

[–] Snowclone 8 points 5 months ago* (last edited 5 months ago)

Proving once and for all that she's not even aware that her horrible behavior created a cycle of negative press, then supporters donating to her or the RNC as a knee jerk reaction. Truly amazing.

[–] Etterra 8 points 5 months ago

I want to insult her and everyone like her, but there aren't enough adjectives and profanities in existence to do the task justice.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 5 months ago

Implying the public ever wasn't against her.

[–] autumn_rain 6 points 5 months ago

The people that voted for her pay attention to media that isn't Fox News?

[–] Itdidnttrickledown 6 points 5 months ago

Narcissist never think they are the cause of their problems.

[–] Mostly_Gristle 5 points 5 months ago (1 children)

She's still probably going to win her primary though. If it were her against a single other Republican she'd be in trouble, but there are five other candidates, none of whom are willing to step aside for the strongest contender, so there's a good chance Bobert is going to skate through with some shockingly low percentage of the vote.

[–] SkyezOpen 4 points 5 months ago

I dunno, the primary debate didn't do her any favors either. The moderator took ZERO shit and her competitors grilled her on her lack of any bills signed. Granted, I still don't remember who the hell her competitors are, but maybe Republicans give a shit.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago

I'm pretty sure it's the fact that she's intellectually a brick with no critical thinking skills...We don't want folks who can't even keep their own home navigated the correct direction whilst hatefully pushing ignorance and inappropriate enthusiastic handy jays in public... she's unfortunately to ignorant to recognize how her hateful lack of knowledge affects her ability to do her job.

Nice tits though....but that's like winning microwave dinners as the consolation prize in a gameshow. low quality microwave dinners
