I really don't use the phone unless I go out. It has my shopping list, I scan my worksheet, listen to music, messaging, a phone call once in a while.

Lemmy mostly. Looking at image heavy websites and gaming belong on a PC.
My biggest timesink is working through the entirety of my emulator library. I've got about a thousand entries on this thing.
YouTube, Lemmy, sometimes playing Runescape or Gamecube games, FL studio, reading stuff on Wikipedia. Very rarely looking at naked people

What - on a phone, hidden away in a bedroom or bathroom like it's something shameful?
No, fam - we watch our porn in 4K in the living room, volume cranked on a Dolby Atmos home theatre set up. The room visibly vibrates with moans. Our neighbours know when we're getting some self love and respect our dominance.
(Of course people are watching porn on their phones, it's just a given)
I do <1% of my porn on my phone. Essentially a last resort. It always surprises me that it’s probably the most common way to consume it.
I thought it was assumed to be honest.

Mainly just playing games through emulators. Sometimes I play actual mobile games but it's rare that I find an actually good mobile game that doesn't lag horrendously on my phone. I also sometimes use it to watch Youtube videos before go to bed.
There is also some other things but there probably not worth mentioning.
Lemmy, youtube, chatting, reading books, duolingo, looking up things. The only thing I'll refuse to do on it is watch movies.
Porn (sometimes hentai), mostly YouTube and here (used to do Reddit until they banned me for their stupid rules).
Nothing, it's much too small to contain me.
For real though, mostly just feed my anxiety and existential dread.
Lemmy, reading Kindle books, finding recipes, looking up facts to prove my husband wrong, shopping.

Mostly on yt, here, occasionally Mastodon, the occasional Wattpad when I actually feel like I might potentially make progress on something there, or playing one of the only 3 games on my phone (paired down from a lot more on my old device). Oh, and almost always listening to music.
What do you spend your time doing on your phone?
Not much.
Heck, I don't even check the time on my phone (it's quicker to look at my wrist watch and I think it looks nicer too ;)
I have a phone because I'm expected to have one but only installed the few apps I must have access to (passwords, digital ID, security, banking & finance apps, and health). Plus, the fewer apps I find helpful on a regular basis (the city public transportation app, taxi, and the Uber app). That's about it.
The only other installed apps on the phone are those Apple won't let me remove (I grouped them on the second home screen, so I never have to look at them). There is also my cloud app/service (Filen.io) and that document scanning app I purchased so many years ago but that is still regularly updated.
Not even email is configured, there is no social app (and no YT). I also don't listen to audio messages and never answer unidentified numbers. I will sometimes listen to a podcast but since I tend to take notes while I'm listening to most podcasts I enjoy, I prefer doing it at home not when I'm out so I don't need to use the phone.
I barely use that phone. As a matter of fact, my monthly data usage amounts to a few mega, at most ;)
When I'm not busy doing something specific (which seldom requires me using that phone), I'll talk with people around me, or I will try to enjoy more my surroundings, the quietness and silence even. I also love taking long walks, going to museums, expo,...
When I really want to 'spend time' I'll still try to make something out of it, either by reading the book I carry with me, or I'll be taking personal notes or by sketching something in the notebook I also carry with me.

I downloaded such an app not long ago, to give it a shot and for some specific reason I cannot recall (maybe I was having issues displaying some content on my computer, doesn't matter much), I installed it not on the iPhone (my old eyes and I we find its screen way too cramped to our taste), but on an iPad. The app itself was rather pleasant to use, it was called Voyager if recall correctly, and I could easily see myself using it if I needed to check on Lemmy that regularly, but I don't and I already spend too much time on Lemmy when I'm on the computer. So, I removed it ;)
Sane decision - i definitely spend too much time on lemmy on my phone. I rarely browse lemmy on desktop.

Browsing Lemmy is among the few things I "do" on my phone. The rest are passive things like listening to podcasts or using the maps. I don't really do much on my phone.

Phone calls to AAA and to check my grocery list.
I have a burner flip phone, I don't use it for anything else.
I kinda resent having one for those, but it's cheaper than a landline.
