I have zero knowledge of the history or geopoliticial millieu there, I know there's obviously lots of Ukrainians who speak both languages but not sure that translates to them wanting to necessarily join Russia per se.

• Ebb and flow of water at shorelines

• storms
• fish swimming

By ambient, i mean something that is both stochastic and also sort of repetitive and something you could have happening in the background that is enjoyable in a furniture music/video kind of sense. You dont really pay attention to it but its good company that prevents deathly silence if that makes sense

The closest I can think of are

• gradual increase in volume and
• playing with panning to start from left or right and gradually moves towards you ~~center~~ (i think you might need to physically place the output speaker so the left or right its playing from is farthest away from you)

Feel instinctually like reverb might have some application here but i know almost nothing about it

• becoming (financially) independant of abusive narc parent
• own job and benefits/pension
• own bills and own (no goddamn roomates) place to live
• own pets they have zero fucking say in whether i can keep for the rest of our lives regardless of if they wanna move one of their loser kids they pretend have allergies into muh space which they cant do lol

Pretty sure every label I've read from them involvers
