I think this person may be mentally ill.

Honestly, the third sentence where they're talking about being protected. The third paragraph where they're talking about "unleashing power" definitely confirmed it, though.

I don't consider sovcits to be mentally ill by default (unless you consider narcissism to be a mental illness), so the opening sentences didn't sound particularly unhinged.

They have some bizarre beliefs but I mostly wouldn't consider them mentally ill by and large either.

I disagree. I understand the draw to "secret legal meanings that let you off the hook of a bunch of fees, bills, and taxes", but literally if you look at it at all without a severe confirmation bias then it becomes pretty obvious pretty quick.

So by the time they're on board and posting on facebook about it then I would say they are mentally diseased. It's not a very strong virus, so if it makes you sick then you're already in really bad shape, so your sickness is more severe than most if this is your disease of choice.

"I was protected by the word"
"Now on to the lawsuits"
LOL

Satan: What do you mean none of our demonic energies got through??

Demon: It appears, sir, that they were marked "return to sender."

Satan: Damn! Damn that Michael and his intricate knowledge of spiritual beurocracy! Aaaauugggh!

Is this sovcit shit or someone who plagued by paranoid delusions and off their meds? This seems heavy on the delusions and light on the sovcit ridiculousness.

[–] [email protected] 18 points 5 months ago

started as sovcit and rapidly veered into pentecostalism …

Hi Tetelestai, I’m Dad.

I wanna go to this naked, wandering, terror thing you're talking about.

These are the ramblings of someone having a psychotic breakdown.

I feel sad that people that should be in metal clinics can publicly post the results of their illnesses online for others to laugh at.

I get it, it's a bit funny, but it's also really truly sad. This person needs medication, not public laughter.

Excellent find! Most SovCit posts are pretty run-of-the-mill; this one is truly bizarre!

Yum, variety!

One of them once announced on one of the groups (I can't find the post and think he deleted his account) rather matter of fact that there was a demonic witchcraft altar being set up in DC, and when I forgot myself and said "what?", he said "Just a thought".

Well I suppose technically yes.

Oh. I wonder if that's just QAnon leaking through. The whole Pizzagate thing.

[–] BonesOfTheMoon 4 points 5 months ago

I think so.

Are those words? More specifically, are they sentences? That mean something?

Use your words, not your incantations.

They're talking about the archangel, I assume

[–] [email protected] 8 points 5 months ago

Michaels is an art and crafts store

[–] Dieterlan 6 points 5 months ago

Archangel mentioned once or twice in canon, probably a couple more times in the apocrypha

This plays right into the post the other day about the ecclesiastical deed poll. It's the place where SovCits meet religious nutjobs.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 5 months ago

Real "who do you think you are? I am!" vibes on this one.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 5 months ago

I'm sure their religious words worked about as well as their legal ones.
