I have. It used to bother me but I saw it so many times that it no longer bothers me. But I do remember the first time I saw it. I did NOT like it.
7/10 chance that one of those jagged pieces is going to get caught in something and rip so bad that it will expose your nail bed and bleed like a gunshot wound.

I thought the watermark on the last one was the cut nail wedges glued to the side of their fingers.
Very effective punishment for nose picking.
I'm picturing the person who would seek this out and imagine the personality is probably quite a bit more off-putting.
