The soldier, who was stationed in South Korea, traveled to Russia on his own to visit a woman he was romantically involved with, officials said.

A U.S. soldier was detained in Russia last week, a U.S. Army spokesperson said in a statement.

The soldier, Staff Sgt. Gordon Black, had been stationed in South Korea and traveled to Russia on his own, not on official business, according to four U.S. officials.

He had finished his deployment and was heading back to the U.S. when he made a side trip to Vladivostok, Russia, to visit a woman he was romantically involved with, officials said. They added that he had traveled there without permission from his superiors and that he is being held in pretrial confinement.

The soldier is accused of stealing from a woman, the officials said. It was not immediately clear whether it was the same woman he was visiting.

Probably a scam with the woman involved. GDR (former eastern part of divided Germany) was famous for that: They had prostitutes who made western businessmen drunk and horny and then got them to talk about their missions and secrets and so on.

That guy got fucked.

Classic honeypot.

They also do this to get kompromat. I suspect the Kremlin has evidence of Trump doing something obscene, and that's one of the main strings they have attached to him.

My take is: That russian video evidence against trump is not about the sex practice itself - it's about minors (underaged girls) involved. He clearly is very prone to child abuse, see the connection to Epstein and the remarks about his own daughter and whatnot - and boy, did Putin fish that idiot with some poor kids.

Not even trump could wiggle his sagging ass out of a CP accusation. That's what's really making him Putins pet.

I would absolutely expect his cult to endorse pedophilia if it was proven he is one.

I mean... they kinda already do. Between defending Matt Gaetz, Gym Jordan, Diddlin' Donnie, and fighting to preserve child-marriage, they are the party of pedophilia at this point.

Also, evidence means absolutely nothing to a conservative. Vlad Puta would be deeply disappointed with how harmless this kompromat would be if he ever actually released it.

The rest of the world definitely would not. Whatever that may count in donnies lunatic kingdom.

Idk, these Republicans these days seem increasingly obsessed with child labor, child marriages, and forced births. Who's to say they wouldn't just wave it off as just another wacky thing about Trump

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 month ago

Yes, that's my best guess too.

Fucking imbecile. If there was any thought involved, it was done by his dick.

Evolution gave man a brain and a penis, and not enough blood to run 'em both at the same time.

They lowered the intelligence standards for the U.S. military a few years ago because of low recruitment numbers. Is this the result? I wouldn't say definitely not.

You cannot save the terminally stupid.

He's stands accused of stealing the woman's heart.

But seriously, sounds pretty dumb to go to a place like Russia right now as a US soldier.

For more context, active duty soldiers have to do extra paperwork when traveling to other countries on personal time. Even Canada.

Part of the reason for this is to stop soldiers from being stupid. Like this guy.

What a moron.
