It is a violation of the UCMJ, and absolutely something they could court martial and imprison or discharge you for.
Violations of the ucmj do not have a bright line statute of limitations and you can be called before tribunal at the demands of the defense department at any time.
Also a proponent of teaching "Christian values" to school children so they can become a new Christian nationalist "insurgency".
