idk if anyone’s told you but you can just pretend to be a dog on the internet and no one can stop you

The hypno one is straightup the easiest one, just go on pornhub or invidious and look up some hypno erotica videos.

Our guiding light in these dark times

Do I start from the top or the bottom?

[–] cobysev 9 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Doesn't matter where you start; like the old-fashioned food pyramid, the whole chart lists everything you need to be healthy and well-rounded in life, with the larger-sized portions indicating that you need more of it.

This is a meme based off Maslow 's hierarchy of needs, and you start at the bottom

That's actually a misconception. Maslow didn't envision it as a chain of prerequisites, and he never portrayed it as a pyramid.

I'd like some references to counter the fact that it's called the hierarchy of needs

And his credentials:

Scott Barry Kaufman is among the top 1% most cited scientists in the world … Dr. Kaufman hosts the The Psychology Podcast  which has received over 30 million downloads and is frequently ranked the #1 psychology podcast in the world.

When psychologist Scott Barry Kaufman first discovered Maslow’s unfinished theory of transcendence, sprinkled throughout a cache of unpublished journals, lectures, and essays, he felt a deep resonance with his own work and life. In this groundbreaking book, Kaufman picks up where Maslow left off, unraveling the mysteries of his unfinished theory, and integrating these ideas with the latest research on attachment, connection, creativity, love, purpose and other building blocks of a life well lived.
