Free lifting has helped my posture tremendously. You don't need to focus on being a buff gymbro. Just enough intensity to build enough muscle to force your bones into the right shape.

Seems like a good idea on the surface, but it'll delete other parts that I want to keep.
Then glue them back on. Just do it, coward!

I tried that but it was connected to other stock parts I don't want to delete
It's like a tablecloth, you have to pull it fast so everything that's attached to it will stay in place.
Note: you may experience some minor discomfort as the nerve endings separate. This is normal and should quickly resolve itself.
