People are making sensationalist headlines about your comment disliking sensationalist headlines, pretending there’s beef. If there were, filtering smorty from showing up in your feed would insulate you from the annoying drama.

i understand the funi that people write bad youtube headlines, but i don't understand the post filter. is the joke that i have become the annoying headline? or am i creating the drama which zwiebel want to to get rid of? or did someone else modify zwiebels post filter because of us being funi and putting headlines?

i genuinely still don't get it. but if u think it's funi to let me live in ignorance and not explain the joke, then leave it..

I don’t think it’s funny to make jokes about someone in front of them and not explain it.

My guess is number two (that you’re a part of the drama that Zwiebel wants to get rid of), though tbh it could just be that they meant the words “hates” and “slams,” not “smorty”

~nununununu!!!~ please understand that I'm angry at the reddit post with the annoying youtube title, not the repost here on Lemmy. On thus post, "No" is a pretty good title I think. it's not overselling it, it makes sense within the context of the funi and it's not an overused buzzword.

the REDDIT POST on the other hand! it goes out of it's way to be annoying. it repeats the the same meaning using different words. it pretends like this is a big thing: some employee replying with no to some comment about thir game. It's boring, overblown and who cares. It would have been funier if the reddit person just reposted the post and didnot add a dum and long subtitle to it. WHAT IS THIS? prepare for my next game, named Calm Compass: A side adventure in a parallel dimebsion. (very out of context, yes, srryy)

both those shows r cool indie youtube things on the GLITCH channel :3 TADC is also on Netflix AND cringeflix didnt even like buy the rights or exclusivity or anything which is the first time that happens for indie animations which is super cool! :3 but Murder Drones isnt on Netflix cuz they didnt like the "Murder" in the name X3

like yes, the world is cool, the characters are somewhat interesting and the visuals are crazy good n cool

but like - idk, it's like -

the things I kinda disliked (CW: spoiler! watch out!)

main char like - wayyyy to classic 14 y/o gurl, which is fine, but like woah a bit too on the nose for my likey..
way too many chars like depressed n mentally ill.. i get it, but like - com on.. (kinda similar thoughts on TADC)
sometime weirdly slow animation.. idk what it is, it feels like animators are afraid to animate something to move quickly
when viewed on big screen, hard to follow where characters. feels like it's made for on-phone consumption
wayyyy too many probably funi error screens u gotta pause for. I did that for like 7 of em and then I stopped
i really didn get the story sadly.
like: drones do stuff -> disassembly drones come in and kill -> they turn into friends but keep killing -> are still tolerated
vvvv confusd about ending.. like - wanna-be-glados-also-human turns to flesh and also kinda fire tentacle god and compress planets to sun kinda
weird temporal coherence with hair-shader... thats usually a real-time game graphics issue, not a rendered movie issue
no gay romance ~
cringed every time they got those X eyes n edgy teeth cuz like - I dunno, feels to aggressive to me (im probably not target audience)
i thought like - omygosh they're gonna kill humns, but no! maybe they killed half a humn
