Carefully placing an already growing embryo really doesn't have the same aura of cream to it, y'know? Like there's not even sperm at that point.
You're thinking too far ahead in the process and forgetting the gooey, juicy genetic material creampied all up in that ovum* by the syringe!
Call me crazy, but I don't count an ovum as someone.
