"The Trump Administration arrested 538 illegal immigrant criminals including a suspected terrorist, four members of the Tren de Aragua gang, and several illegals convicted of sex crimes against minors."

Meanwhile, a defense official said there were two flights overnight. Both went to Guatemala, according to two sources, and carried 81 deportees. However, a Guatemalan official said 79 Guatemalans had been returned, 31 women and 48 men.

Leavitt stated, "The Trump Administration also deported hundreds of illegal immigrant criminals via military aircraft. The largest massive deportation operation in history is well underway."

Raids and arrests without warrants:

https://abc7ny.com/post/newark-ice-raid-3-workers-nj-restaurant-taken-custody-warrant-mayor-baraka-says/15833458/

"The problem with this is none of these people were rapists, or murderers or criminals," Baraka said. "The problem with it is that ICE went in there without a warrant. And we can disagree on politics, you can disagree with me on the role immigrants play in the economy of our community, you can disagree with me about the fact that most immigrants are not criminals, in fact, they are victims of violence in cities, we can disagree about whether you support mass deportation or not. But, what we must agree on is that the thing that separates this country from any other countries around the world is the constitution of the United States."

What constitution? You mean that old sheet of toilet paper?

[–] [email protected] 21 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Your missing a key factor l, according to ICE the constitution doesn't apply, at least for requiring a warrant, within 100 miles of a border. So far no court has stopped this practice. It puts my entire State (and many others) entirely within that zone.

[–] SpacetimeMachine 2 points 5 days ago

It's worse than that. As all international airports count as "the border" so any place within 100 miles (might be 200 actually) falls under that purview.

Yeah, Nazi's don't need or want warrants and America is a Nazi nation now.

[–] FantasmaNaCasca 2 points 4 days ago

"America is a Nazi nation now."

The OG Nazis studied United States history, from the genocide of the native Americans, their displacements, the slavery of black people, the way they treated the workers that build the nation, like Chinese, Irish, Italian, the segregation, the treating prisoners like chattel slavery....

It always was a fascist nation.

I sent in a tip to ICE to report a group of fascists that kidnapped people. If anyone has other info I urge you to report as well.

Lol can someone tip them off to Elon Musk please? I'm pretty sure he's an "illegal immigrant criminal".

[–] BrianTheeBiscuiteer 11 points 6 days ago

Evangelical churches and swanky private schools are notorious for sheltering illegal immigrants from what I hear.

[–] Manifish_Destiny 5 points 5 days ago

Go report trumps shell companies

I bet those two others were really US citizens all along, and Guatemala knew that and did not take them back. Where are they now?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 5 days ago

I think you're seriously underestimating the possibility of murder here.

[–] SoftTeeth 5 points 4 days ago

Illegal raids without warrants.

Wonder when the first squad of Ice agents is going to get gunned down via castle doctrine?

[–] [email protected] 14 points 6 days ago

You can't have proper fascism without regular razzias

[–] Donjuanme 15 points 6 days ago (3 children)

We will deport every migrant that's ever come here in my presidency

We will deport all the 'illegals' in the country in my term

We will deport all the criminals from all the sanctuary cities

We will get 10,000 in my first day

We got 500

81...

79..

[–] [email protected] 16 points 6 days ago

"Also, please don't ask us what deporting those 79 people using military aircraft cost the taxpayer."

[–] evasive_chimpanzee 7 points 6 days ago

Let's hope it was a counting error, not a death flight.

[–] Furbag 2 points 5 days ago (1 children)

Pathetic numbers, but that's the best Trump is ever going to get when the right manufactures a border crisis for him every election cycle.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 days ago

In his next speech he'll mention 79 billion and the idiot media will try to sanewash the number.

[–] DarkFuture 7 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Using the military to round up immigrants.

Can someone give me a historic example of this happening?

[–] AA5B 2 points 5 days ago (2 children)

They used military aircraft. If military actually helped round people up, that would be a bigger problem

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 days ago

...

Who do you think was flying and supporting them?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 days ago (1 children)

I thought I read that Trum was sending 000's of trups the the southern border to round up immigrants?

[–] AA5B 3 points 5 days ago

It’s legitimate to use the military to “defend the border”, especially when you declare an emergency.

However the military doesn’t have police powers and I’m pretty sure are not allowed to act within the country against citizens. i’D hope every member of that military force would recognize an order to raid a company or school, looking for undocumented people, as illegal and most would refuse. I’d hope. And any that don’t surely deserve court martial
