Therapy helps me, and strattera kinda didn't, but admittedly I'm in a country where getting strong medication is just hard.

You literally have to visit another country, get a prescription there, buy your medicine there, translate the recipe with a notary, and hope you make no mistakes, because I've heard there are not so few ADHD people in Russian prisons for illegal possession of substances.

Now imagine making this run with unmedicated ADHD and a backlog of other things to do.

I'm pretty much in this camp.

I've tried some of the stimulant treatments, but they leave me feeling completely wrung out by the end of my shift. And being on that stuff for more than 12+ hours just seems like a recipe for heart disease.

doesnt work for shit without eating. people also are on way to high dosage. well, it does work, but it really takes a toll if you are not eating right.
