Maybe for you. I have worked and lived in 100+ degree temps for decades so i guess have become used to it. 72 actually brings me to shivers if im not moving around in it.

Its only hot when youre used to living in the northern climates. Here in texas its quite comfortable after a long day outside

Probably because the high isnt permanent and the higher you go the farther you fall. Long falls hurt a helluva lot

I keep mine at 80 24/7. Not too warm not to cold, and keeps the humidity out so no sweat

An equitable method would beto splitthe cost of mortgage and insurance between the property owner and the renter. 60/40, 50/50 etc. Having the renter foot the entire bill with no benefit other than occupancy is just not a fair deal imho.

Has anyone ever given any thought to trying to capture all the floodwaters that seem to be increasing lately, and moving them to the more drought affected areas?
