“The economy and malaise Joe Biden and Democrats have brought are affecting gay families as bad as Latino families, as Asian families, as everybody else in this country,” said Charles Moran, president of the group. “So it’s not like we have to have this policy portfolio that we have to present to these different communities.

“Under Donald Trump, your life was better,” Moran claimed, “and it doesn’t matter what your skin color was, or your gender or your sexual identity.”

HA. Except the GOP are the ones making their lives hell. Banning trans care (e.g., Title IX) enforcing the bathroom police and also creating a registry to keep track of of Trans people. Brought to you by the party who prays the gay away or shocks it out of you.

“Under Donald Trump, your life was better,”

The absolute stones on that man to say that. It absolutely was not in any way better.

[–] Bbbbbbbbbbb 24 points 6 months ago

It was better for him therefore it was better for everyone. Its the same projection these lunatics always have, just a different twist

Do they think that people can only be one minority at a time? No gay Latinos or Asians?

Sorry, guys, you've already met your minority quota.

[–] qarbone 11 points 6 months ago

You're gonna be judged as the minority that most offends them.

Why are we doing this shit again?

He did the same pitch 8 years ago saying he's good to the LGBTQ community and anyone that falls for this schtick is either a Rube or just coming out of a coma.

Or they’re so selfish and greedy, they’ll sell out their rainbow family for a tax break

[–] just_another_person 21 points 6 months ago

Any LGBTQ person who said they would vote for Trump, either thinks they won't be affected by his policies, or just has nothing but self-loathing for themselves and others in their community. Fucked up.

Reeks of desperation.

The Trump campaign is not making a pitch to trans voters. Look at the language they use -- they never include "gender identity".

This is a blatant attempt to try and further divide LGB from the T.

[–] pivot_root 3 points 6 months ago

Trump puts the LGB in LGBT. And by that, I mean Legitimately, Genuinely, Bigoted.

That guy was way more clever

But, just in case, I volunteer to freeze myself for 200 years so I can travel to the wasteland and grease the fucker without consequences

Stupid people can’t imagine anyone being smarter than them, at least when they are stupid enough to work for the trump campaign, so of course they think this will work.
