I still haven't had it yet, but everyone around me has multiple times. So, my current working theory is I am a fully asymptomatic one-man superspreader.

I mean prolly. The chances of you never having caught it by this point are tiny
Even when my wife & son were both in the ER with it, my daughter and I tested negative. I had pneumonia once and then bronchitis a couple times, still tested negative. I'm convinced I have a weird immune system and just won't ever test positive even if I have it.
Now that you mention pneumonia, I've had this lingering cough since the flu back in February. WTF! Sure it's almost June and I only cough rarely, maybe one a day at most, but for fucks sake, WTF is that?
Same. My brother and only sibling hasn't had it either despite being exposed multiple times.
My wife also, she's the only person I know that hasn't had it.
The graphic from the article:
Of course it's fucking Florida.
Uncertain = the state has likely stopped collecting data. This is because covid is seen as fake news by conservatives. Like, I'm pretty sure at this point many think it was made up... Despite many people losing relatives. It's nuts.
It's a shame they lumped uncertain with stable. These are very different states of being.
For once I'm glad I'm in Indiana.
Gary per chance?
Even worse. Terre Haute.
Did you ever get that library? https://piped.video/watch?v=znlxif61eGw
We did indeed. My wife works there. It's very nice. Also, Steve Martin held the world premiere of The Jerk in the theater here.
I applied to Rose-Hulman. Transy gave me more in scholarships.
If you enjoy ever leaving campus, you made the right choice.
It's slightly outside of town and there isn't even a bus from R-H into town.
Yay, mint green!
I got it from a fucking forced bullshit work event, 2 nights at a hotel to listen to a bunch of wankers proclaim how awesome their shit smells. Buffet lunch and dinner. Half the group came back with covid. I can’t wait to fuck off into the sunset.
increasing in Alaska, Arizona, California, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas and Washington state.
One thing to note is that from the map it looks like Florida has rising rates whereas all of the others are "likely rising."
Either way. Looks like I'll be masking up when going to crowded places for the next little bit.
I never stopped. Took 4 years for me to get sick (not covid. anything) and that is a good enough effect for me. Ill see how long I can last without getting anything on this second go round.
I had it once last year after traveling to Portugal for work. I was largely masked while there but fell asleep without one on the plane home. I generally mask up during winter or when there is a big outbreak in the area.
Fucking Florida.....stop doing everything you do
I had it really fucking bad last week. Still coughing. Edit: in California.
A few coworkers have it and my neighbor has it. SoCal area.
I'm on the other end of the state, but yeah it's going around up here too.
Got my booster for the summer last week. It'll be at full strength by Memorial Day, and should last through Labor Day. I get my fall booster in mid-October: it's full strength by Halloween and carries me through all the winter holidays. Plus an N95 (of course!).
I think I'm going to get my booster tomorrow...plus I've heard certain "respected" elements of society mention that the vaccine something 5g....so I'm looking forward to bestest cell reception!
The extra magnetism makes it easy to find my car keys!
Oh snap I forgot I also get to become magnetic. Yay
Unfortunately KP2 is likely to need its own booster and it's the dominant variant now. Good work with the n95 though.
Can confirm. My coworker in D.C. is just getting over it.
