It blows my mind that Gym Jordan would make this accusation. Well, blows my mind that morons actually vote for that POS hypocrite in the first place.
It's just amazing they don't feel ashamed or embarrassed for the blatant hypocrisy and BS. They are truly detached from any requirements for ethical or consistent behavior.
They vote for him because a piece of shit hypocritical pedophile aligns with all of their values.
They're in their rights to do this.
And AG Garland is within his rights to ignore it just like he did for the reps who ignored the J6 committee subpoenas.
Bet he doesn't this time.
Any judge worth a shit will laugh this out of court because Hunter offered to testify publicly. The only remedy the GOP is offering is something he's already willing to do.
I agree with the sentiment, but from a legal standpoint individuals who are subpoenaed don’t get to set the terms. The GOP is is hypocritical as shit and it’s ridiculous they’re doing this sham investigation to begin with AND they should have accepted Hunters counter to testify publicly. But, a subpoena is still a subpoena.

But they are providing him special treatment because of his name, that's the sole reason they're targeting him.

So far, GOP lawmakers have failed to uncover evidence directly implicating Democratic President Joe Biden in any wrongdoing.
The hearings planned for Wednesday on contempt of Congress will come a day before Hunter Biden is scheduled to make his first court appearance on tax charges filed by a special counsel in Los Angeles.
