Fools, the lot of you. The Confederacy didn't die. It went the way of the Roman Empire and has ascended into a religion. Rome realized borders are a restriction and became Catholicism. The Confederacy has become a two-pronged spear of Prosperity Gospel and Evangelicalism.
Never really thought of it that way but God damn. I'll need to chew on that one
