McDonald's did not factor in the same thing you are apparently not factoring in- when humans at McDonald's fuck up your order, you can tell them about it.

I might be misunderstanding your comment - I'm not asking about awareness, of any sort.

If I'm at McDonald's and I tell the llm "hey you got that last item wrong", does it really not do anything to correct the order? That would be a vast and surprising oversight.
