The hats, what's going on here.
NonCredibleDefense
A community for your defence shitposting needs
Rules
1. Be nice
Do not make personal attacks against each other, call for violence against anyone, or intentionally antagonize people in the comment sections.
2. Explain incorrect defense articles and takes
If you want to post a non-credible take, it must be from a "credible" source (news article, politician, or military leader) and must have a comment laying out exactly why it's non-credible. Low-hanging fruit such as random Twitter and YouTube comments belong in the Matrix chat.
3. Content must be relevant
Posts must be about military hardware or international security/defense. This is not the page to fawn over Youtube personalities, simp over political leaders, or discuss other areas of international policy.
4. No racism / hatespeech
No slurs. No advocating for the killing of people or insulting them based on physical, religious, or ideological traits.
5. No politics
We don't care if you're Republican, Democrat, Socialist, Stalinist, Baathist, or some other hot mess. Leave it at the door. This applies to comments as well.
6. No seriousposting
We don't want your uncut war footage, fundraisers, credible news articles, or other such things. The world is already serious enough as it is.
7. No classified material
Classified ‘western’ information is off limits regardless of how "open source" and "easy to find" it is.
8. Source artwork
If you use somebody's art in your post or as your post, the OP must provide a direct link to the art's source in the comment section, or a good reason why this was not possible (such as the artist deleting their account). The source should be a place that the artist themselves uploaded the art. A booru is not a source. A watermark is not a source.
9. No low-effort posts
No egregiously low effort posts. E.g. screenshots, recent reposts, simple reaction & template memes, and images with the punchline in the title. Put these in weekly Matrix chat instead.
10. Don't get us banned
No brigading or harassing other communities. Do not post memes with a "haha people that I hate died… haha" punchline or violating the sh.itjust.works rules (below). This includes content illegal in Canada.
11. No misinformation
NCD exists to make fun of misinformation, not to spread it. Make outlandish claims, but if your take doesn’t show signs of satire or exaggeration it will be removed. Misleading content may result in a ban. Regardless of source, don’t post obvious propaganda or fake news. Double-check facts and don't be an idiot.

You laugh but those hats conceal advanced ERA that protect from Javelin top down attack.
As well as pickup 3g and 5g. And even bluetooth
Cope.... hats?
Copacabeza
I'm sure it's fake, but then I remember bearskin hats and I realise this wouldn't even be that weird.
Photoshop.
The real ones are not that ridiculous: https://www.quora.com/Why-do-North-Korean-military-officers-wear-those-ridiculous-mushroom-top-hats-Is-it-to-make-them-appear-taller
Ok party pooper and how are we sure the pic you sent isn't gimped?
My bad I didn't see which sub this is and was trying to be helpful.
It’s like the pakleds from Star Trek Lower Decks. The bigger the helmet, the more in charge you are. Except Dear Leader’s Dear Helmet is actually just the entire atmosphere, so it’s bigger than all the other helmets put together.
Damn, when did Best Korea get so stylish?
No way those are real hats
Original photo. Or this one is actually an edit to make them smaller, an American psyop to cover up North Korea's clear strategic hat advantage
any idea what the red circle is highlighting? just curious
The board has a map of North America with a bunch of missile trajectories drawn on it. The text apparently says "United States mainland strike plan". The characters do seem to be mostly right if I put that sentence in to google translate, but I definitely can't read Korean and so can't say for sure
Those still are some pretty fucking big hats.
I dig 'em though. They're quirky, like the Pickelhaube.
Yes
And how do I get one?!
Potatoes for outdated Cold War tech, fair trade.
+1 Food (North Korea, 9 turns) +1 Military (Russia, 1 turn) +1 Foreign Relations
+1 Food (Kim's personal food stash, 0.1 turn, it wont last long)
-2 Military (Russia, 3 turns, the busted ass ammo exploded in your face)
-100 Foreign Relations (Everyone realizes how far you've fallen when you had to hit up North Korea for a weapons fix, your offspring will feel this shame for generations)
NZ bought Soviet trains in exchange for butter, does that count?
That just means a vodka shortage in short order.
There's no way Putin would risk something like that.
As long as he has his own personal supply.
Are those hats ? Military
