Please do not hunt your crush down like you would hunt a prehistoric deer.
Unless they're into that. Remember to ASK BEFORE you do this.
(expect a fat "no")
So, more like elephants or other big game? Herd them to the cliff?
Sir, did you just call my wife fat?
She got tired and laid down after eight minutes
Fucking lol unironically this is amazing advice. Be strategic and deliberate, pace yourself, go get it.
That's what I did, I spent my entire life slowing moving forwards every day making a little progress no matter the amount and now that I'm 32 I have finally got a drawing my mother would put on the fridge.
I'd put even your bad art on the fridge. What matters is that YOU made it.
Thanks Mom
Also, it's easier to maintain a steady jog pace rather than running all over the place like in soccer.
(They studied soccer players and found they don't actually cover much distance. But it's exhausting.)
11km in 90 minutes, if anyone's interested. I wouldn't call that "not much distance"
A lot of sprinting in those 7 miles too. Aint that many "long distance sprinters" for a reason.
I'm a long distance sprinter.
I wouldn't recommend it for everyone, I'm a glutton for punishment.
Also: I get lapped by people who keep a consistent pace because while I've got explosive power, it also involves recovery from the anaerobic sprint. My legs are tree trunks also, another downside.
So overall, as evolution proves, steady wins the race.

And then lose interest because of some random distraction until they get up and start running again.
