Lindner machte sich für eine Pauschale bei Unterkunftskosten stark. Bürgergeld-Empfänger sollen demnach ihre Wohnkosten nicht mehr entsprechend der tatsächlichen Kosten erstattet bekommen, sondern nur eine Pauschale erhalten. Das würde auch die Nebenkosten betreffen.
