Tablespoon of olive oil straight up is an actual complete breakfast around various parts of the Mediterranean.

The pizza is way worse, because it's about half saturated fat. The most common cooking oils (canola, soybean, olive) are mostly unsaturated fat.
Yeah but like the net benefit is I don't want to give up my spot on this suffocating existence for a few minutes.
