Because it’s multiple women and not multiple pieces of furniture?
Are we still under the assumption that Republican voters care about infedelity? Donald Trump has been their god king for a decade now and he's the least faithful husband in America. Obviously this kind of thing is not shifting views in any way.
They are afraid that Trump will see this, think RFK is trying to top him, and start bragging about how many affairs he's had.
Apparently the Trump campaign is under that assumption.

I'm not sure why you assume his wife was consenting, and apparently the Trump campaign gives a fuck, which is what makes it news.
