I wish Democrats were as cool as Republicans think they are

[–] FlyingSquid 75 points 4 months ago (4 children)

I have to admit, that's a really nice uniform. Hugo Boss would be jealous.

Hugo Boss

Is that the Guy who designed the Nazi uniform?

Why do I know this? Did Alex Jones and Kayne West talk about him maybe? I am now concerned for myself.

[–] FlyingSquid 26 points 4 months ago (2 children)

Yes, that's what I was joking about.

Eh, it's one of those brands that has weird Nazi associations that still exists. It's fine to have it as one of those "things" that you have in your head as a "hmm" mark around companies.

  • IBM helped make the bureaucracy of genocide more efficient.
  • Fanta is Coca-Cola for Nazis.
  • Hugo Boss made their uniforms.
  • Volkswagen was the Nazi-mobile.

Richist person in the world, and this is the best he can do.

[–] [email protected] 30 points 4 months ago (1 children)

The pic doesn’t even look like Kamala

I'm having such a fucking hard time accepting that I ever thought Elol was smart

[–] mke 56 points 4 months ago

Everyone makes mistakes. You've grown, rejoice.

It's also a reminder that many may still learn who he really is.

[–] Snowclone 26 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago)

Well he had millions in a PR fund before, and likely still does now. He's a real moron for fucking it all up. When he was made to step down as chairman on Space X for one of his dumb ass statements, investors threatened to pull out of he wasn't still on the board, he was supposed to be this sure thing. He burned a whole image as an stock market winner to be king shit of Twitter.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 4 months ago (3 children)

I was just talking about this with a friend. Remember back when he seemed like a neat guy? Quirky and kind of a dick sometimes but maybe an actual good rich guy with interesting ideas. He was even on Rick and Morty!

It turns out that was all bullshit. What a disappointment he turned out to be.

I wish they would sue him for libel so bad

[–] IndiBrony 22 points 4 months ago (5 children)

Wouldn't make a dent in his wealth even if they did, sadly.

Dude how is he not being detained for election interference? Somebody who knows about laws and stuff tell me how the fuck he's allowed to do this?

[–] Wrench 59 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Because he's white and rich.

[–] Agent641 46 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Just tell a nearsighted cop he's an african immigrant breaking the law and let nature take its course

Just a harmless joke. I am certain all of Twitter users will understand it's just for fun. Not a single one of them will take it 1st degree and repost this, outraged, as if it was a fact. ~/s~

[–] niktemadur 68 points 4 months ago (1 children)

This is precisely the type of hollow and blunt, unfunny and dishonest garbage a goebbels-wannabe edgelord manchild would push, the stench is unmistakable.

So he's trying to post images made by grok so people will want to pay for it, but he's using it to create false and inflammatory political images and suggesting that they are real. He's jumping straight to one of the most problematic consequences of AI like it's a selling point.

[–] Sanctus 28 points 4 months ago

The goal was always to muddy the waters for people who already can't see when its crystal clear.

"she wears that outfit"

Cool libel, Bro.

Seems like a lawyer should have advised against posting that.

[–] edgemaster72 19 points 4 months ago

That's just another form of regulation he's going to ignore

[–] Maggoty 56 points 4 months ago

I didn't believe it. The owner of a major social media organization publishing out right propaganda. Is he trying to get their non-publisher protections cancelled?

So I did the dirty.

And Ya'll... This is tame compared to the rest of his feed for the last couple days.

[–] [email protected] 56 points 4 months ago

Man, Elon using edgy AI spreading misinformation... There's just so much to hate about this.

[–] [email protected] 44 points 4 months ago

Isn’t this libel?

[–] kazaika 43 points 4 months ago (2 children)

What is this shit? This feels unreal... I'm feeling like this is a joke but everyone just takes the joke further and further and i would like for it to be the case but the fact that it keeps going has me genuinely confused. Are people believing this ? This feels like a joke at a party but 15 people repeat it in the exact same way.

It fits to this old quote, just not with words but everything they do:

Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.

Elon forgets that for all his wealth and power, all it really takes is one sufficiently pissed-off person with a grudge and the werewithal to stab a steak knife into his neck.

Caracalla found this out the hard way as well.

I tried googling him, got distracted. Ended up with this:

[–] niktemadur 20 points 4 months ago
