During his presidency, intelligence officials begin withholding key intelligence because they believed Trump was a national security threat.

It was so bad, that Biden banned Trump from getting intelligence reports after he left the White House

This is bizarre. Why is that a "so bad" thing. He's not the president anymore; he shouldn't be getting any briefings by default.

I thought former presidents got some sort of briefing indefinitely...am I remembering that wrong or are you just sharing an opinion?

[–] [email protected] 10 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Opinion. It makes no sense to me that a non-politician would get briefings on anything.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Opposing opinion: it's actually a very good idea to get other opinions, especially for international crises. Who else has the experience to advise the president besides other presidents?

Of course, no one would seek trump's opinion on anything because he's kind of an idiot. Bush, Obama, and Clinton? Sure. Even Carter, but he's old so maybe don't bother him.

But there was no mention of asking their opinion on something, just of briefing them on the situation.

That's the point of it though. These guys talk occasionally if they want to. If you had a job that literally only 45 other people had in history, you would call occasionally too.

Good job Mr trump! You drew inside the lines on that one! We're gonna put it on the fridge! Now write your name here, here and here and initial here.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 4 months ago

I would pay money to see trump doing and failing easy tasks. Like connect the dots or draw inside the lines. You know that motherfucker can't.

Might as well, he's not going to understand them anyways. Dementia Don the racist rapist with 34 felonies is just too old. He needs to drop out. It's just embarrassing.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 4 months ago

It was embarrassing the first time. The second time it's honestly just hilarious

Lack of intelligence was the hallmark of his presidency

[–] P00ptart 6 points 4 months ago

My finger paints are the best. A lot of people are saying it. Smart people. They say "his fingerpaintings are fantastic". Not just me, but the best people. Very smart.

He pretty much skipped all of his intelligence, if you didn't notice.

[–] iAvicenna 5 points 4 months ago

Intelligence is not compatible with his hardware

[–] carl_dungeon 19 points 4 months ago (1 children)

After he gave himself an A+ on the first one, what’s the point of doing them every day after that?

[–] p5yk0t1km1r4ge 15 points 4 months ago (2 children)

Lmao obviously. He's a fucking idiot.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 months ago

Many people say otherwise. Smart people.

[–] P00ptart 1 points 4 months ago

According to his own comments "maybe it's just best that they just die". He wasn't talking about himself, just people as equally mentally incapable as himself.

[–] 800XL 14 points 4 months ago

everyone knows when you get an early tee time you don't skip it unless you are dead or else you aren't getting an early tee time again at that course.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 4 months ago

Intelligence is kryptonite to him.

[–] Sumocat 13 points 4 months ago (1 children)

The President’s Daily Brief is a document. Most presidents would read it and call meetings as needed. Bush 43 was the only President who needed it explained to him daily. There’s no reason to skip it.

[–] Mirshe 1 points 4 months ago

Trump, by his own admission, thinks reading things is a waste of time.

[–] exanime 11 points 4 months ago

I think the intelligence skipped him

[–] [email protected] 9 points 4 months ago

Trump has skipped a lot of intelligence-centric things.

Like primary school.

[–] cabron_offsets 9 points 4 months ago

His 5 rotting neurons can’t handle it, anyway.

Too busy being a fucking dumbass and too busy golfing on tax payer money.
