My mum's chicken stew. Alternatively my own beef stew.

Nom nom nom nom nom.

Edit: this discussion inspired me to cook beef stew this evening.

A snack pack. It is not healthy but damn it is amazing.

Alternatively, a Bunnings Snag on white bread and no onions.

That looks like a days worth of food but does sound very comforting. Had to look up the wiki page to see what was in it.

Chocolate milk and a bag of original flavor Goldfish Crackers take me right back to my childhood.

I might be 25 going on 26, but... My dad's homemade pizza? Unbeatable.

I'm a simple man; A nicely marbled steak in my cast iron frying pan along with some salt, pepper, olive oil and butter. Served with no sides or sauce of any kind.

Alcohol, really

But maybe also anything warmed up. Like a warm cup of hard cider?

Whiskey may not lift my spirits, exactly, but it makes me not give a shit. I mean, it's in the right direction.

My father's popcorn. There's really nothing unusual about it, just good ol' popcorn in a pan, seasoned with salt. But it's so good when he makes it.

Home made tofu soup. It was made by my Chinese babysitter and she was like a mom to me. Even when my dad neglected me, and stopped paying her, she would still serve me a healthy serving of tofu soup.

Ground pork Dried mushrooms Bok choy Onions Chicken stock Black pepper Tofu.
