It's good to include the question in the title, but as long as the title points towards the issue of the post and the question is asked somewhere I don't think it's rule-breaking. I think just a general "Is this relevant?" should be a good enough litmus test for posts here, and I will probably take it on a case-by-case basis.

Question in the title, any additional relevant information in the body
Yeah i agree that if the question can be in the title it should be imho. It’s nice to see what the post is about in big bold letters up at the top. Obviously some questions will be too long but in any other case I think it makes the most sense.
Agreed. It should be a rule to have the title be a question. I could give or take allowing body content but the question being a title is a must for this kind of community.
I think title would make the most sense
Definitely seconding this.
I third this.
I fourth this
I fifth this
Could you ...not?
I think that as long as the title is relevant, questions in the body are fine. Sometimes a topic is too complex for a simple title
Someone’s idea of a relevant title: “Help”
OK, fair point. Perhaps a better definition of “relevant” would be as a TL;DR, which better meshes with some of the other comments on this thread
Sometimes the question is more complex, and not easily summarized as sentence with a question mark. Or one can have multiple questions on the same subject.
In such cases, imo it makes sense to put something like "regarding the recent XY thing" in the title.
Definitely in the title.
