I feel like my life and how i act is always a "meh" thingy, if that makes sense. i just feel like something is missing or im lacking in life and i tend to complain alot online, but why?

i want to be creative/get my ideas out there but im not sure how to aprouch it or do so. im going thru a hard persiod in my life with dealing with emotions, mood swings, hormones, and life.

Try to be present. There's a point, where you can feel the spirit. Try to reach it and stay as long as you can. You will fall off. Just be mindful, and love what you do.

I don't know how better to explain it tbh.

I think maybe there is some appreciation involved.

We're always battling with these things, our internal stuff, but it is literally us. Listen and feel it. Dive deep and maybe you'll find something nice there. Something outside of yourself, but apart of it too. (:

It's a struggle, naturally. Lol.

Some days I can't quite make it up the hill to outside of myself. But that's what makes life life, and it's why it's so beautiful, or whatever way you choose see it. (:

The line between meditating and ruminating is razor thin tho. But feeling where your emotions come from, is really fascinating. Empathy for all things, and you find yourself there making something worth it ime, even if it is life itself.

I try to get out of my house/apt/abode and try new things. Or new hobbies. Failing is reaching for new things and becomes interesting on its own. Or reading new books. Reading new books in new places. Sometimes just doing what you normally do but in a new place is good by itself.

Cultivate and pursue every curiosity you have.

Personally when I find myself feeling boring/bored I like to create something, instead of always consuming. It could be anything really, a painting/drawing; a short story; a cake; something crafty. At least it gives you something to talk about!
