  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

They're cowards. There was a vote. That was the time to "fight", but at that time they didn't want anyone to know they were against the decision.

It was only after they got backing from conservative hate groups that they cared enough to cause problems.

They're cowards, bullies and liars.

The lawsuit said one sister, who objected to Artemis’s membership, was facing away from the group when she took off her shirt without a bra. According to the lawsuit, another member later told the sister “that while watching her, Mr. Smith had become sexually aroused. He stood by the door with his hands over his genitals.”

Artemis said that didn’t happen, and court records would later bolster her claim. In text messages submitted to court by her attorney, another sister, who was watching at the time, told the complaining sorority member that there was no erection. The woman texted in reply, “Damn that sucks,” adding that even so, she still felt Artemis was “creepy in other ways at least.”

She drove quickly, not stopping once in six hours to eat or use the bathroom. She worried how others in rural Wyoming might perceive her.

“I don’t pass well,” she said. “I’ve always been tall and heavy.”

It’s tragic that some people literally won’t stop to use a bathroom or eat because they’re worried about their safety because of how they look. What does that say about our country?

This is Wyoming we're talking about. Wyoming is where Matthew Shepherd was brutally tortured and murdered. I wouldn't stop, either.

Wow this is a brutal read. The level of cruelty towards someone just trying to live their life is insane. Although the judge dismissing the motion with the correct pronouns was really good to hear.

The American Greek fraternity system frankly baffles me. Why would a newly independent young person go through a humiliation gauntlet in order to join a hyper-conformist pseudo cult?

Because they had to claw their way through the social strata of high school to be "popular" so they already know how to humiliate themselves.

Fortunately, the lawsuit which would have barred her entry, got tossed out.

Why is it none of these idiots know how transgenderism works? Or rather, why are they pretending they don't know?
