I think that's because you need some karma and account age before posting/commenting in that community so you're shadowbanned there until you reach whatever is the amount you need
So you'll have to find a smaller community that allows new accounts and get some upvotes there. This happened to me when I deleted my oldest account but I just stayed in that smaller community and forgot about 196 until the Lemmy migration :p
