Literally any time consuming, monotenous task I encounter
Cooking. Everyone knows: When there's a dance party going on in the kitchen mealtime is coming.

Taking any form of public transportation. The sheer noise and bustle is way too much for me without headphones and a good playlist.
I honestly don't mind it normally, but I need the noise cancelling headphones for the losers that blast their shitty soundcloud-tier music off their phone speaker

mowing the yard without noise cancelling ear buds. it's way too loud without them. but the music gets me to a meditative state. i look forward to it every week.

Exercise on the elliptical. Ideally I find songs with a moving tempo, but not too fast, and I can sync up my elliptical running to the beat.
