Is this the right place to suggest new communities for other users to (hopefully) create? If not, would someone mind pointing me in the right direction?

I know I can make a community myself, but if I do, I believe that makes me the defacto moderator. Unfortunately, I just don't have time to do that right now with other commitments, so that's my hesitation.

I'm pretty sure you can hand off ownership/moderation to others if the community takes off and becomes a time-suck.
