The only reason I didn't bite the onion is because I know Texas would never put warnings on the guns.

Yep, Texas is immune to satire because Texas itself is a parody of a state.

(Apologies to the reasonable people of Texas who may read this comment, there are lots of you, but I think we all know it's a frustratingly accurate assessment of how the state is governed)

I'm from Texas, no need to apologize. It is extremely frustrating here, and first chance I get, I'm out.

As someone that recently escaped the deep south, I hope you get the opportunity soon too! The grass actually is greener on the other side. It's not perfect, but an improvement.

Every damn time now, I think it’s real. WTF America?

There is no way Texas would put any kind of warning label on a gun.

I ate the onion on this one as well.

Could be real! Could not be!

on all guns sold to... wait, WHAT???

Oh okay... HardTimes still isn't solidly on my Onion list.

Uh, that's censorship. You can't take away a gun's rights with censorship!!!

Don't use /s. It ruins the sarcasm. It is for cowards.

Plus you get to laugh at the comments from idiots who can't understand sarcasm.

Poe's law.....

Wow! A sticker!

That would help lots... if Texans knew how to read!

Reminds me a lot of German politicians. People getting stabbed in public? We need more weapon-free zones!!

I thought it was kind of amusing that Matt Gaetz was the only republican that didn't endorse that plan. But I looked it up and apparently he just so happened to be the only republican young enough to actually know who Sacha Baron Cohen is and recognize the whole thing was a set up. So he was just there to make himself look like "the reasonable one." But it's super depressing how many GOPers were quick to endorse a plan to arm kindergartners "to prevent school shootings."

The advisory sticker is a snap-cap ... if you peel it off, it will snap a percussive cap - and set the gun off.
