- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

This is so wierd given how people were crazy over the cia. This is like a super secret cia with no congressional or judicial oversite that is being given authority and access to all parts of the executive in an unlimited manner. I mean its crazy just writing it out in words.

I don't understand how Elon is allowed to do anything with the government? He isn't a cabinet member, is he?
You see, when no one is going to stop you, you're allowed to do anything you want.
It's complicated. Trump renamed an Obama-era agency and put Musk as the head of it.
Doesn’t he still need to be approved for that position by congress?
Smaller agencies dont require their leaders to have Senate approval. It's possible that's the reason they picked this agency in particular.
