Here's the thing...
Robocrow?
Crowboy Bebop
Crowboy Becop
The original comic, meanwhile, is Punisher for goths
RoboCop is Punisher for dystopian scifi nerds.
Industrial music is dystopian scifi for goth nerds
Robocop is sci fi Jesus
It's also kind of a Bruce Lee movie for goths - and I mean that in the most morbid sense, unfortunately.
High quality post.
Well, now I want to see a robogoth film
Check out The Crow
I wanna see someone shot in the dick, but in a goth way
Can it be Elon? It would be a good bookend to his mall goth era
Very timely.
Is that gasoline I smell?
Heh. In the comic book I think he said “Why, Mr. Gideon, you’ve completely forgotten about your Walther…”
BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM
"Mr. Gideon, you're not paying attention."
Wouldn't the real RoboCop for goths be the remake, where they gave RoboCop a black suit instead of the steel blue? The Crow is more like Spawn for goths (or maybe Spawn is The Crow for non-goths? I don't know which comic came first)
The Crow (comic) came out in 89, Spawn was introduced in 93.
And, while all goth movies feature black fashion, black fashion does not make for a goth movie alone. Idk who the Robocop remake was for, but it wasn't goth kids.
It's been over a decade since I've seen either, so I'm just going to have to agree with you. But Robocop is objectively better.
I'd buy that for a dollar
... The part of my brain that remembers these movies, is on fire rn
I never liked the crow 😅 Saw it a kid in the 90s when everyone was losing their minds over it. I wouldn’t call it bad but I never saw what everyone seemed to.
Well were Alex Murphy only died on screen, the Actor (Brandon Lee) of the Crow died for real.
There's a joke about method acting here but I feel bad for even thinking it.
"now thats what i call dedicated method acting!"?
Something like that
