Cool, knew that was coming, been saying that for a while, but what you going to do about it?

- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.

- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Best we can do is ineffectually keep taking the high road against an opponent with no truth value while only being good in comparison to them specifically in a clown democracy with only two parties, and still working for corporate interests more than anything else.
ineffectually keep taking the high road
They're not taking the high road...
Centrists stand at the fork and the road and talk about which one is best, but always just wait till it's a Republican's turn to pick the path, then claim the other would have been better
A democratic senator? They ain’t gonna do sheeeeeat
With Sinema and Manchin blocking everything... there's not much lawmakers can do. America voted these clowns in.
Sounds like Democrats had already crippled our democracy by blocking everything.
Decades of Republicans and Republican partisan media already did that. Sinema and Manchin were end game symptoms, not causes.
Sinema and Manchin were doing what party leadership wanted.
Sen. Kyrsten Sinema censured by Arizona Democratic Party executive board over filibuster vote
Kyrsten Sinema leaves Democratic Party, adding drama to tight Senate margin
Manchin not backing Dems’ $2T bill, potentially dooming it
Sen. Joe Manchin leaves the Democratic Party and registers as an independent
And more recently... Manchin, Sinema block Democratic control of NLRB
Just like what Democratic party leadership wanted...
All I'm seeing is that Manchin and Sinema did what the party wanted. They blocked shit the party ran on but never wanted to implement. And when the party got a larger margin in the Senate, they left the party to narrow the margin. And now wouldn't you know it, Fetterman is starting to act like Sinema.
I mean a few people have tried to kill him. Its not like we're not trying..
Technically it's Putin's plan
Yeah believing Trump has any plans at all for anything other than self-aggrandizing self-enrichment is barking up the wrong tree.
He asks who will stop him?
Why don't you stop him Chris Murphy?
Are you not suppose to protect this country from all this?
All of you will do nothing and expect a citizen to the job?
GTFO.
It's not Trump's plan. It's the Conservative's plan. Trump is just the ugly face they use to try and distract from that fact.
It's Russia's plan. It's Russian oligarchs that donate to their PACs and own the right wing media.
The DOJ even linked Kremlin dollars to 2,500 of the most popular right wing talking heads right before the election.
He wasn’t kidding when he said Democrats were the no. 1 threat
He needed to say "after the Republicans" but other than that he's not wrong.
Its not a "plan to cripple our economy". He's not some syndicated cartoon villian.
Its a a "plan to steal everything not nailed down". Because he is a Saturday morning cartoon villian.
The US isn't a democracy. Stop pretending like it was before.
Your getting downvoted but being given 2 choices, that you really didn't have any input in selecting isn't a democracy. It's just the illusion of some sort of democracy and control.
Those two choices are both pro climate destruction and both pro genocide and both pro nuclear weapons and both pro companies. They're both nearly the same party in the sense that they both are running towards mass extinction.
You can and should vote for another option, but the state has historically arrested those candidates when they went to the debates.
Its a plutocracy, not a democracy.
ItS a RePuBlIc! 🙄 Edit: /s for those who weren't aware
No, it's a plutocracy
