Winter lovers ignoring that even the plants think winter is shit enough that literally partially dying is preferable to experiencing it.

Also one of the big reasons why I hate winter is that I can't garden or forage in winter :( I love how in summer I can just go "ooh yummy berries"

Found out my light therapy lamp that I bought in late spring for some reason still kind of helps me get going in the morning but does absolutely nothing for the seasonal depression. so that's cool.

Vitamin D helps me. I had to get a very weird kind because the coating on most was making things worse in other ways. I also take a somewhat high dose.
