The pentagon said today in a press release that it wasn't military or a foreign nation and there has been more then a few excursion at various military bases by drones. Hopefully, it's an eccentric billionaire or aliens and not ww3.
My money is on drug runners.
My Ring app is going crazy the last few weeks about people saying drones are flying around. I'm sure it's normal...
Sounds to me like it's some government operation we're not supposed to concern ourselves with.
Sounds to me like they're drumming up an excuse to further restrict citizen's rights.
Yeah, if they are near anything related to the president-elect, (sadly) it would have been dealt with immediately.
guessing this is the next step in domestic surveillance, or possibly even weaponry, to be used against US citizens. the fact that they've been seen near sensitive infrastructure makes me think these are test runs for some worst-case scenario planning around the transfer of power next month
"Moooooom! They're looking at me!!!"
Concerns have focused on drones spotted near the Bedminster golf course of president-elect Donald Trump
Before this, I was against someone shooting one of these things down. They're large and over civilian populations. But a golf course? Especially a rapist-owned golf course? A crater or two might liven up the joint.
If someone did that they would be quickly scooped up by some unmarked vans.
It would be a very simple (if very unwise) way to test whether the government is really in the dark about them.
