Summary

U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell warned Rudy Giuliani he could face imprisonment for allegedly continuing to defame Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, despite a $148 million defamation judgment and a permanent injunction against him.

Giuliani sought a 30-day extension to respond, citing difficulty finding legal representation, but Howell expressed skepticism over further delays.

Freeman and Moss accused Giuliani of violating the court order, with their lawyer previously suggesting potential prison time for related “bankruptcy crimes.”

Giuliani claims bias against him in the case.

They know that threats will appeal to liberals but not upset MAGAs enough to kill them when they realize Project 2026.

I find it interesting that Giuliani doesn't appear to be part of the ascendant Broligarchy. Out of all the major players in Trump's orbit, he seems to be the only one facing any major consequences.

I wonder how many threats the average criminal is allowed.

So I'm pretty tired of these people getting threatened with consequences they never see. The lack of human justice makes me so sad there's no hell either.

Yeah rich people get threats but poor people just get fucked with no warning.

A good lawyer would tell him to STFU. Guess he's taking his own advice
