They fucking warned us to be excellent to each other...

He got an A in history, so he knows what factors lead to the rise of Napoleon. It's tyrannicide of the bourgeoisie dude!

[–] orrk 37 points 1 week ago (3 children)

I'm sorry my fellow left wing, but the hats were cringe and weak, we need the CEOs and fascists to fear us, as they fear for their safety. the conservatives found it works, why are we supposed to be the soft and cuddly ones towards them? we need to bring back the left tradition of violence.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 1 week ago

Every fascist is a nail.

get hammering

[–] [email protected] 15 points 1 week ago

John Brown had it right.

[–] RizzRustbolt -4 points 1 week ago (1 children)

They were also wildly transphobic.

[–] captainlezbian 7 points 1 week ago

Not really, it was a reference to his pussy grabbing comments.

So reviving the guillotine would be okay, but voting for Harris to stop Trump was out of the question. Got it, have a cookie.

[–] garbagebagel 17 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I mean, I wouldn't have been mad if Harris had been elected AND also the guillotine got brought back, but I'm not American so my opinion doesn't matter here.

I'm just happy Americans might start shooting billionaires instead of kids.

[–] TwitchingCheese 4 points 1 week ago

Might actually see some gun legislation if this takes off. After all, some of the first restrictions were to counter the "threat" of groups like the black panthers.

[–] [email protected] 17 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (2 children)

Reviving the guillotine IS ok and it is not just for Trump. People refused to vote for her to stop Trump because they knew stopping Trump would not save them. These murderers should fear for their lives again like the people they slaughter.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Gotta be honest with you, I think the average American didn't vote for Harris because they had a choice between a fascist and a brown woman and thought the fascist was the better pick.

[–] TropicalDingdong 2 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

blaming Harriss failure in racism, during a change election when she litterally said "I would do nothing different" is obtuse to the point of being intentional. Racism and sexism are absolutely present. But this country looked at the candidate and asked "What are you going to do for me?" and her answer was "Not a god damned thing".

This country elected a black man with the name Barrack Huisen Obama. And yes this countrys racist as fuck. But it will get over any issues like that if it thinks the candidate will actually change shit.

Kamala said she wouldn't change shit in a country that isn't working for people and that's why she lost.

[–] LovableSidekick 0 points 1 week ago (2 children)

I'm not sure what you personally need to be "saved" from but expecting any politician to do it for you is foolish. Stopping Trump would have stopped Trump, and that should have been enough reason.

[–] aesthelete 2 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

Stopping Trump would have stopped Trump, and that should have been enough reason.

I'm not sure to be honest. I agree that we all should've voted for Harris, but Biden didn't "stop Trump" and I kind of doubt that Harris would have either. A missed opportunity Biden had was instead of running with her in 2020, he should've made her AG in 2021. She was a lot less compromised on her positions to the democratic status quo before she became a member of his administration, and likely would've been a more effective attack dog in going after Trump after his insurrection attempt.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

"Save" as in voting for Harris or Trump would not stop their lives from being ruined by the people who run this country. Do your thoughts not go beyond "Trump bad"?

[–] LovableSidekick -1 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

So many words to rationalize letting a convicted felon become president and thinking Harris really wouldn't have been better.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

They will both let you starve or gun you down in the streets without blinking

[–] LovableSidekick -1 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

There's no point arguing with anybody who seriously thinks this, so I won't even try.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

You're disingenuously implying Harris/Walz would have solved healthcare.

People have had enough of status quo and slow progress.

[–] LovableSidekick 0 points 1 week ago (1 children)

No, you're disingenuously putting words in my mouth that are in your own head. What I'm saying, implying, intimating or suggesting is exactly this and no more: a presidential term with Kamala Harris would have been better than another with Donald "Believe me, I'm not boning you up the ass" Trump. And that was enough reason to vote for her.

[–] TropicalDingdong 2 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

Her half a loaf approach to politics delivered us Trump. Excusing and accepting incrementalism when it has fundementally failed makes you part of the in problem.

We wouldn't be in the situation if not for the half a loaf politics of the previous 4 decades of Democrats and the half a loaf politics of Democrats is empowered by them being on the other side of supposed "strategic voting" like you just described. Hint: it's not good strategy if it doesn't result in the outcomes you want. It's not harm reduction if it ends up in more harm.

[–] Katana314 0 points 1 week ago (1 children)

No, PEOPLE delivered us Trump. Not politicians.

“I can’t believe you didn’t do a good enough job convincing me to go with a better option” is a disingenuous attitude that removes intentful culpability from voters.

Was there a vote for Harris to guillotine Trump?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 week ago (2 children)
[–] TropicalDingdong 1 points 1 week ago

Don't blame me I voted for Kodos

[–] LovableSidekick 0 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Me too! I wish a few million more people had done the same. That comment wasn't directed at you then.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 1 week ago
[–] vivavideri 3 points 1 week ago

My vote wasn't sharp enough.

I'll bring a brick next time?

[–] disguy_ovahea 10 points 1 week ago

You killed Ted you medieval dickweed!

[–] robocall 9 points 1 week ago (3 children)

I recall asking a lady what she was wearing while wearing that beanie. I genuinely had no idea. She was too embarrassed to explain it to me.

I talked to a cop recently that isn't even defending this CEO.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

Not familiar with the image on the left*, what is that from? My first thought was the girl from Bob's Burgers... But I'm guessing that was wrong

Edit*. I typed right instead of left, updated. The sharpy sharp drop head remover I am familiar with.

[–] robocall 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

IIRC it's supposed to look like a clit and signify women's rights in some way

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (2 children)

Huh, would have never found that without help, thanks (double meaning intended)

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 week ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

Thanks! But let me ask, when you searched for that, did you just type "Pussy Hat". And if so... Was it actually close to the top?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago

The Wikipedia page (not that specific section) was the top result for this search: https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=pussy+hat+name&ia=web

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 week ago (2 children)

I'm going to let you dudes live in ignorance, it's funnier this way.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 week ago

I'll change my answer to Hiccups Helmet that was made from his mother's breast plate then.

[–] robocall 0 points 1 week ago

Ehh, close enough 🤷

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 week ago

"This pussy has claws" was a slogan in 2016 as a response to Trump's bragging about getting away with sexual assault, hence the cat's ear beanie

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago

I recall asking a lady what she was wearing while wearing that beanie. I genuinely had no idea. She was too embarrassed to explain it to me.

It's a hat with cat ears. What's embarrassing about that?

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 week ago

Bring it back! Sing it back!
