No, because "it" is a pronoun as well. You would have to use Donald's name every time you reference Donald in order to keep from using pronouns to refer to Donald.

Knowing conservatives they'll probably ban pronouns, privatize all nouns and sell off entire declensions to some useless son of a political donor.
