I'm wondering the difference between make available offline and download Both aren't same?

Don't know what app that is, but my guess is that "Download" gives you a file to save on your device. While "make available offline" would download it and keep it in the app in the exact context you're currently seeing it in. But it would be saved in a location only accessible to the app.

I don't know what app it is, but "Make available offline" may mean it downloads it into the app and "Download" that you get whatever it is as a file into the download folder, but not available in the app.
