Idk, both Andrew Jackson and Johnson were presidents and thought that slavery and genocide were fine at worst.
Wilson is right up there with the damage he caused as well.

Argh, yeah, this is a good point, Jackson basically destroyed our system of checks and balances for a while to carry out a genocide on indigenous peoples, and Johnson sabotaged the federal government repeatedly to try to stop Confederates from being held accountable during Reconstruction (which could also be argued to be the root of all modern American problems)
Yeah, we've had some real jerks at 1600 Pennsylvania over the years
