Turns out no, it's the only one, wow, small world
The building is definitely an old Pizza Hut.
Pizza huts in the ecology of chain restaurants, are equivalent to whatever provides hermit crabs their shells.
Its gotta be a land development company under the guise of a pizza place, because there are no fewer than 6 old pizza hut building in my community, that are very clearly but no longer Pizza Huts. In-fact, Pizza Hut just, sold their old building, and guess what. We're getting a new pizza hut.
They must make those roofs out of discarded crusts or something to keep costs down.
The grease adds water repellency.
If so it was before Aug. 2007, which is as far back as Google Maps goes.
Used to be one in Citrus Heights. It was gross. Wouldn't expect any less.
Waffle Square is known around the world in both Thailand and India
They seem to have gone from Square => Squarf and then remodeled.
They did not embrace the Squarf.
Ops picture has waffle square but the line on the e is either burnt out or peeling off.
Yeah, this is from the Google Maps business page from last year. The E turned to F around 2020 based on other photos. I guess they remodeled the whole thing instead just fixing it.
The first photo on Google Maps where the E looks damaged is in Apr. 2019. Then it just kept getting worse.
