Edit: I have no idea what the pp= parameter does.

Doesn't look like it's in any playlist. In fact, that last portion just got cut out automatically when I opened the URL.

Yeah, I realized. No clue what it does, the only mention I found was on a 2 year old Reddit post on r/youtube asking the same.
