I think, "It's nice." Is a continuation of the narration. "All my friends are there.... It's nice."

There are 2 frames in the middle and the colour of the text changes so, if that's the case, it's kinda confusing.

It is a little confusing, but all the other dialogue is in speech bubbles. 🤷‍♂️
