Today I had oven roasted prochutto with dinner and I have to say, it tasted better than bacon.
As for the card, love it .. what's the inside say?

Ever tried some Serrano ham?
Stuff from iberico pigs just seem to put it up a notch
Edit: maybe I've to add, that my colleague is really spoiled on that regard and we went through at least 5 different locations, until he got the iberico ham, he values as really good.
Was a fun night, as it customer was paying and we just went tapas bar hoping, until we found THE ham - although I'm not sure, if the ham really got better or we only got more drunk ;-)
