Bruh... You dont have to be Sherlock Holmes to see that pictures of the killer from the murder footage show a totally different guy than Luigi. Its not a conspiracy theory, if you are not blind you know its not the same upper face, skin color and body shape/height...
Now... We juste dont know why Luigi had all these things on him maybe its just Luigi who want to take credit for the murder, or maybe somthg else. But all of these are just normal theories, not conspiracy theory.
As an european, i do get that they had to make an arrest (because of how he tried to make himself look like the real killer), but charging him for the murder when it's obviously NOT the killer is insane, and really sus...
One thing to keep in mind, we don't actually know that Luigi had these things on him at the time. We just know the police say he had them on him. It would hardly be the first time cops planted evidence.
